My Frightening Experience When I Slept Alone at Night

        "Ah woo!" the dog's howl.
This is what kids hear at night. Indeed it makes them creep in their blankets and even cry. They are frightened especially when they are alone in the dark, when lights off. They keep on thinking about monsters with googly eyes, sharp teeth, one eyed or freaky zombies and bloody monsters that they have watched on television.
Little boy's and girl's experienced lot of unforgettable moments which dwells firmly in my mind. This happened when I was three years old. I was at home with my dad. My younger sister and my mother were out of  town that time.  When we were watching, I didn't know that I was already asleep. Thus, my dad brought me to their room. I was not used to sleep alone that time since I usually sleep with my my mom.
After an hour i woke up. I was looking for my dad but he was out. When I went to the living room, oh no! It was very scary with the orange-colored light and the open door. I didn't find him there so i started to cry. It was also windy that it added to my fear. Whoosh! I can feel the cold wind touching my skin thus I had goosebumps. I heard our neighbor's dog barking and clock ticking. Later on I heard the voice of our neighbor; it was the mother of Mae and Gaye. She was calling me. I went outside and I saw Aunt Marie. I went with her to their house. I can smell the pee of their dog Susi and when we went inside I smelled the scented candle. We waited for my dad. After thirty minutes, I think, he came then we went home. that time I was still crying and my dad can not handle me.
Well, I think most of our dad can not survive a night at home with kids.
